At the same time, China should expand the scope of export tax, limit the export of magnesia primary products, and encourage the export of high value-added products.
Secondly, magnesia is a strategic resource of the country. China should also incorporate magnesia reserves into the national strategic reserve system to protect this precious strategic resource and make adequate preparations for the country's future industrial development.
Some unqualified mining enterprises should be shut down immediately, gradually standardize the mining order, strictly control the proportion of mining and stripping, ensure the quality and optimal use of resources, and gradually realize the reasonable allocation, planning and exploitation of mine resources, and improve the comprehensive utilization level of mineral resources.
